Refund & Return Policy

At Loftura, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

  • The product has not been damaged after delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by Loftura at no extra cost.

  • For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images and order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Applicable Indian laws and regulations
